I created Her Square Feet to offer something different: independent, strategy-led real estate advisory designed especially for women and NRI investors.
With 16+ years of experience in the real estate development ecosystem, I have worked across project planning, pricing strategy, marketing, documentation, banking coordination, and post-sales processes.
Across my career, I have interacted with over 1,500 property buyers and investors, giving me a deep understanding of how real estate decisions are actually made — and where buyers often face the biggest risks.
My professional journey includes founding and serving on the board of three real estate companies, with primary experience in the Delhi NCR market, particularly Noida, while also maintaining an industry network across multiple Indian markets.
Today, through Her Square Feet, I work with women investors across India and globally to help them approach property decisions with clarity, structured thinking, and risk awareness.
